Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known. – Carl Sagan

Yesterday afternoon Brooke went to Cincinnati to get an ultrasound and
echo for the babies. They were ready to do the surgery to separate Emerson & Lennon as soon as today, if necessary, but Dr. Crombleholme thinks Emerson is stable enough to wait until Monday.

Just when you think it's over, it's not. Dr. Crombleholme reminded us not to assume this is "it" for Emerson. It's possible that the surgery will help her. He wants to give Emerson a chance to live. He wants to give her the benefit of the doubt.

I don't think it's a coincidence that this is Easter weekend. Praying.

Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at it destination full of hope.

  3. So true, Jennifer! There is a procedure that can be done where the doctor goes in and basically ties off the unbilical cord and the baby dies. He said it's worth trying the laser surgery to separate them and to give the baby the benefit of the doubt.

Pam, it means so much to me that you are praying! <3
